Provider Connection: How to register and access online tools

If you are new to Provider Connection and/or not yet registered, join this webinar to learn how to get online, navigate the website, and use its timesaving tools. Providers familiar with Provider Connection are also encouraged to attend to learn about newly released functionality.

In one short hour, we'll cover how to:

• Register for and navigate the website
• Attest/update provider demographic information
• Generate a member roster
• Verify member eligibility
• Determine if authorization is required
• Submit claims, check status, and view EOBs
• We'll also provide time for your questions.
